Hari Das

Hari Das began her Yogic Medicine practice 25 years ago, after coming to understand the profound healing impact of Kundalini Yoga and Sat Nam Rasayan®.

Through the practice of Kundalini Yoga, one heals oneself.  Utilizing Sat Nam Rasayan, one heals others.

Kundalini Yoga

By practicing Kundalini Yoga regularly, one is able to release a lifetime of emotional, physical and mental anguish and stress. The continued efforts by the practitioner chip away at stuck patterns in one’s life, health, emotions and thoughts, leaving the practitioner clearer, calmer and more peaceful, and able to handle life’s circumstances with ease. Events in life that once created stress and overwhelm are easier and less stressful. Ease and joy come readily into one’s life. Life is no longer the burden and hardship it seemed previously.

Hari Das has been a Certified Kundalini Yoga teacher for over 30 years.

Sat Nam Rasayan®

Sat Nam Rasayan® is a healing modality. Where Kundalini is done to strengthen and heal oneself, Sat Nam Rasayan® is done to heal others.

Hari Das has been practicing and teaching Sat Nam Rasayan for 25 years.

Hari Das

Hari Das is a member of a very small group of global Sat Nam Rasayan® (SNR) Healers who are certified by Guru Dev Singh, Master of Sat Nam Rasayan® to teach this ancient healing art. She comes from a long lineage of powerful healers experienced in intuitive and energy-based modalities from her maternal line, and traditional medical physicians from her paternal line. Hari Das’ great-grandfather was one of the 1st homeopathic physicians in New York City. She was born in the Hawaiian islands, and for the first 17 years of her life, was exposed to Huna (the Hawaiian tradition of healing). This tradition is based on compassion, forgiveness and valuing the concept of family.

Hari Das retired from her surgical nursing career in 1999 to commit herself to teaching Kundalini Yoga and healing and teaching Sat Nam Rasayan® throughout the US. She continues to teach and heal in her long-standing practice in La Jolla, California. Additionally, she teaches Kundalini Yoga and Meditation/Mindfulness at Scripps Integrative Medicine and Pacific Pearl La Jolla Integrative Health.
